What you'll do

• Grow assigned accounts by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margin
• build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• meet with clients to understand hiring needs and business objectives
• identify and secure business opportunities
• develop sales plans
• manage pre-sales, post-placement follow-up, and ongoing account relationships
• maintain a sales pipeline
• monitor SLAs, KPIs, and client metrics
• coordinate with recruiting teams on candidate delivery.

Why this role
