What you'll do

• Support individuals in scheduled community activities
• provide physical, emotional, and behavioral support
• encourage personal choice, participation, and safety
• transport individuals in personal or company vehicles
• facilitate social interactions
• assist with daily-living skills and personal hygiene, including toileting and handwashing
• complete assigned documentation.
