What you'll do

• Lead kitchen operations and food production
• coach and develop kitchen leaders and team members
• maintain food quality, freshness, consistency, and availability
• oversee food safety, sanitation, documentation, and training
• manage ordering, inventory, food cost, production planning, and waste
• organize prep, staffing, cleaning, and shift execution
• partner with store leadership on staffing, scheduling, safety, and guest experience.
