Home Health Aide

What you'll do

• Provide care support in private homes
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, dining, toileting, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and other assigned daily activities
• follow medication administration protocols
• take and report vital signs and changes in condition
• assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and pet care
• provide transportation to appointments as requested
• complete daily charting
• follow infection-control procedures
• travel between locations as required.
