The Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Warrior role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, and pays up to $46 per hour. Hopkins Rehabilitation & Care Center provides rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in a home-like environment. The nurse provides resident care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident status, and communicates changes. The role also supports care planning, safety, and infection control during scheduled weekend shifts.

What you'll do

• Follow the Ohio nursing board scope of practice
• use critical thinking in emergencies and daily assessments
• administer ordered medications and treatments and document administration
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• review resident care and report changes
• review physician orders
• order medications and supplies
• maintain medication carts and room
• monitor medication-room refrigerator temperature
• maintain narcotic counts and records
• support resident self-care
• participate in care planning
• report safety hazards
• attend in-services and follow infection-control policies.
