Onsite Property Manager, 180-Unit Multifamily Community

The Onsite Property Manager role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with an annual salary of $45,000–$75,000. The manager leads day-to-day operations for a 180-unit apartment community in Northwest Dallas.

What you'll do

• Oversee occupancy, collections, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and property condition
• lead, train, and develop the leasing and maintenance team
• manage leasing traffic, tours, applications, renewals, and pricing
• manage delinquency, payment plans, notices, and evictions when necessary
• establish processes for leasing, collections, move-ins and move-outs, work orders, and make-readies
• manage vendors and property inspections
• oversee make-ready turns
• monitor budgets and expenses and report financial performance
• track occupancy, delinquency, turn times, and work order completion
• communicate with residents, vendors, and ownership in English and Spanish
• maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, the Texas Property Code, lease terms, and company policies.
