What you'll do

• Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and customer journeys
• define segmentation, personalization, contact strategy, and program goals
• build automated journeys and campaigns in Marketo
• coordinate email, in-product, web, and paid retargeting communications
• perform launch quality assurance
• maintain database health and privacy compliance
• report performance, run tests, analyze cohorts, and improve programs.
