The Marketing Specialist role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $60,000–$90,000 annually. Det-Tronics develops industrial life-safety technology for flame and gas detection, automation control, and hazard mitigation. The specialist creates visual and digital marketing materials that strengthen the brand, support sales and customer education, and communicate technical concepts clearly. The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, HR, and Leadership across print, web, video, social media, and internal communications.

What you'll do

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, product literature, presentations, advertisements, trade show graphics, infographics, and promotional materials
• assist with video, animation, and product demonstration production and editing
• develop visual assets for sales enablement, customer education, onboarding, and technical training
• support website updates, content management, web graphics, and landing-page visuals
• collaborate with developers and stakeholders on website improvements
• create and publish social media and intranet content
• maintain consistent brand identity and visual style across platforms
• contribute to marketing projects and team needs.
