What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream technology programs
- define program structure, roadmaps, phasing, and delivery strategy
- coordinate project managers, workstream leads, and vendors
- lead technical delivery discussions
- establish governance and executive reporting
- manage risks, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, and resources
- oversee vendor and systems integrator performance
- own go-live readiness and cutover planning
- partner on change management and adoption
- improve PMO standards and practices
- mentor project managers.
