The Resident Assistant – Part-Time, UPick role is onsite in Northfield, MN, with 16 hours per pay period selected from available shifts. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• report health or emotional changes to nursing staff
• welcome new residents.
