What you'll do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
• lead management meetings
• guide clients through diligence
• advise on EBITDA adjustments and business considerations
• analyze operating and financial metrics
• prepare Quality of Earnings reports
• review balance sheet items, working capital, and debt-related analyses
• advise on purchase agreement accounting matters
• manage engagement workloads and deliverables
• oversee and coach associates and offshore teams
• travel occasionally as described.
