What you'll do

• Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries
• reconcile accounts and banks
• investigate discrepancies
• assist with monthly and year-end close
• prepare reports and support financial statements
• analyze financial information
• prepare and file sales tax returns
• maintain tax records
• assist with operating budgets and forecasts
• use advanced Excel for models and reporting
• respond to inquiries and process customer refunds.
