District Accounting Manager

The District Accounting Manager works in-office in Minneapolis, MN, on a Monday–Friday schedule. The pay range is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The manager oversees district accounting and Ivend activity, maintains accurate financial reporting and internal controls, and leads a team supporting the district’s financial and operational needs.

What you'll do

• Manage period close, general ledger accuracy, and balance-sheet reconciliations
• assist with forecasts and budget modeling
• maintain internal controls
• support weekly reporting
• manage a team of 5–8 direct reports
• oversee cash room and banking services, accounts receivable and payable, and financial statement analysis
• interact with auditors
• handle day-to-day HR matters including payroll, benefits administration, training, leave, workers’ compensation, and staffing compliance.

Why this role
