The Asset Strategy & Budget Integration Intern is an onsite role based in Henderson, CO, with a pay range of $21.20 to $23.10 per hour. This position supports the Asset Strategy & Budget Integration (ASBI) team within Xcel Energy's Energy Supply organization, helping to optimize power generation fleet performance. The role exists to assist in the planning, prioritization, and investment strategies for the power generation fleet. The intern will contribute to the development of AI-powered tools, validate scoring inputs for maintenance work, and support five-year budgeting and forecast planning to improve reliability while minimizing costs.

• Support and enhance tools and models for work assessment, five-year budgeting, and forecast planning
• assist in building new AI-powered tools to minimize project submittal workload
• validate scoring inputs for accuracy and consistency using operations data and performance analytics.
