What you'll do

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• lead month- and year-end close
• prepare and analyze WIP schedules, job-cost reports, and project profitability
• support financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
• manage cash flow, reserves, debt obligations, and cash forecasting
• ensure GAAP, internal-control, and regulatory compliance
• oversee multi-state sales and use tax compliance
• work with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other professionals
• improve processes and controls
• maintain fixed-asset records and depreciation schedules
• supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• collaborate with operations and project management.
