What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and provide directions
• prepare reports and maintain documentation.
