What you'll do

• Provide guest service and serve as an operational leader across tickets, passes, ski and ride school, activities, and greeter functions.
• Lead daily operations, support team members, resolve complex guest concerns, coach and train staff, maintain product and policy knowledge, coordinate with resort departments, oversee sales-area readiness, and support setup and teardown of Product Sales & Services locations.
