Dietary Supervisor, Long-Term Care Nursing Facility

The Dietary Supervisor role is onsite in Staten Island, NY; pay is $24–$28 per hour, with weekly pay. Empro Staffing is recruiting for a long-term care nursing facility’s Dietary Department. The supervisor oversees daily dietary operations to support resident satisfaction and nutritious, high-quality meals. The role coordinates staff, meal preparation, food safety, inventory, and department records while working with nursing, administration, and the Registered Dietitian.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily Dietary Department operations
• lead, train, schedule, and support dietary staff
• ensure meals follow prescribed diets and resident preferences
• maintain regulatory, safety, and infection-control compliance
• monitor food quality and presentation
• inspect kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• assist with menu planning and dietary accommodations
• manage inventory and ordering
• complete department logs and documentation
• and coordinate with nursing and administration.
