Cybersecurity Specialist, RSA Archer Operations Support

What you'll do

• Provide operational support and administration for RSA Archer. Monitor production jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds. Manage user access, roles, and permissions using RBAC. Perform configuration updates and enhancements through change management processes. Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
• support releases, patches, upgrades, and validation. Develop and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, and metrics
• perform data quality checks and reconciliation
• maintain operational documentation
• collaborate with stakeholders and vendor support
• participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
