What you'll do

• Lead external regulatory reporting, including preparation, review, and electronic filing of SEC forms using XBRL
• partner with internal groups to gather reporting information
• prepare financial materials and lead discussions with upper management, the Disclosure Committee, and Audit Committee
• monitor SEC regulations and accounting standards and lead implementation of changes
• research complex technical accounting issues and prepare technical memos and position papers
• develop and implement internal controls for external reporting in accordance with SOX
• manage valuation, accounting, and reporting for long-term incentive plan and Board equity awards and other equity transactions
• lead and mentor the financial reporting and technical accounting team
• coordinate with external and internal auditors
• monitor reporting and accounting KPIs.
