Residential Support Supervisor

The Residential Support Supervisor role is onsite in Rumford, ME, and pays $21.11–$24.00 per hour based on education and experience. What you'll do

• Provide ongoing client support, supervision, and care
• maintain quality case records and encourage compliance with treatment and care plans
• encourage daily living activities
• oversee onsite health, safety, diet, security, and cleanliness
• perform and coordinate assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
• participate in staff supervision, team meetings, training, professional development, and organizational activities.
