What you'll do

• Provide guest service and support sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and records
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support loss prevention, cash reconciliation, deposits, and opening and closing procedures
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
