Security Intervention Specialist Lead — Monitoring and Response Center

The Security Intervention Specialist Lead role is onsite in Richardson, TX, and pays $20.00 per hour. The role supports Allied Universal’s Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC), a 24/7 call center that monitors customer sites and responds to emergencies. The lead helps operators handle monitoring work accurately, supports shift performance, and provides supervisory-level assistance when issues arise. Through coaching, incident documentation, and customer response, the role contributes to reliable security monitoring and emergency coordination.

What you'll do

• Coach and provide feedback to operators
• identify training needs
• answer questions about data interpretation
• investigate and resolve inquiries and complaints requiring supervisory intervention
• respond to customer inquiries
• review daily and weekly reports
• coordinate with other departments
• maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and recommend improvements
• assist with new-site development materials
• complete incident reports.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in law enforcement, security, military, or customer-service call center work, and the ability to obtain a TOPS Alarm System Monitoring License through paid on-the-job training. Overtime may be required; CCTV and team-lead experience are preferred.
