The Community Recovery Specialist (PIER) — Morning Shift role is onsite in Quakertown, PA. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position provides daily support to residents in a 10-bed structured psychiatric unit. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. The specialist helps residents build independent-living skills and supports psychiatric rehabilitation, service planning, goal setting, and community integration. The role also includes assisting with appointments and transportation, documenting groups and outings, attending team meetings and supervision, and following program and corporate procedures.

What you'll do

  • Provide daily support to residents in a 10-bed structured psychiatric unit
  • assist with independent-living skills including employment, education, money management, medication management, transportation, meal preparation, shopping, cleanliness, housing searches, roommate matching, and social skills
  • assist with appointments and transport residents to medical appointments
  • implement psychiatric rehabilitation principles, phase systems, service planning, skill building, goal planning, and community integration
  • document groups and outings
  • attend team meetings and supervision
  • follow program and corporate procedures.
