Operations Associate

The Operations Associate role is onsite in Union City, NJ, with pay of $16.30 per hour. Gopuff’s operations team helps deliver everyday essentials to customers. The associate supports site and kitchen operations by handling inventory and customer orders, preparing and staging deliveries, and maintaining safe, organized, and sanitary work areas.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor products
• check inventory against purchase orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• follow FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
• contact customers about substitutions or unavailable items
• safely scan and move products
• prepare food and beverages to recipes and presentation standards
• package and stage orders
• and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
