The Cook & Kitchen Steward works onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. The projected hourly rate is $19–$25, depending on experience and qualifications. The role supports Wooddale Church’s food service program, including church events and catering, Wooddale Academy programs, and two coffee shop locations. The position prepares and serves food while helping maintain safe, clean, and organized kitchen operations. It supports hospitality for church, Academy, and coffee shop activities through food preparation, event service, receiving and storage, and sanitation.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food to recipes, menus, schedules, and quality standards
• assist with meals for events, catering, Academy programs, staff, and coffee shops
• support setup, service, replenishment, and breakdown
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• receive, verify, label, rotate, and store deliveries
• monitor inventory and food temperatures
• follow food safety and allergy procedures
• complete logs
• assist with dishwashing and event cleanup
• work with staff and volunteers.
