Brand Strategy and Creative Coordinator

The Brand Strategy and Creative Coordinator role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports Aegis Healthcare’s marketing team and its mission to enrich the lives of the people it serves. The coordinator develops and executes brand and social content that strengthens consistent messaging and engagement across digital and community platforms. By coordinating creative projects, monitoring performance, and collaborating across departments, the role supports brand awareness and the organization’s marketing goals.

What you'll do

• Support brand strategy and consistent voice, messaging, and visual identity
• create, plan, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content
• capture, photograph, and edit photos and videos
• monitor social media trends and platform practices
• attend community events to capture company and community stories
• support follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
• coordinate creative projects and content assets
• track performance metrics and use insights to inform future content
• collaborate across departments on storytelling opportunities.
