What you'll do

• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene
• help residents ambulate, turn, and reposition
• check vital signs and weight and record intake and output
• respond to call lights and requests
• report observations to the nursing supervisor
• complete forms, reports, logs, and records
• protect resident privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines and applicable standards.
