Front Desk Agent

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and team members
• confirm reservation details and amounts at check-in and ask about special requests
• explain hotel amenities
• follow security procedures
• gather guest feedback at checkout and inform management of items needing attention
• check arrivals, departures, room assignments, requests, and room inventory
• read shift notes and the logbook and follow up on requests
• count the front desk bank at the start and end of the shift
• keep the lobby, front desk, entrance, office, and coffee station clean and stocked
• complete additional management-assigned tasks.
