• Manage assigned renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities
• meet revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell, and upsell
• engage customers throughout the lifecycle
• conduct discovery conversations
• build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
• negotiate renewals and commercial terms
• partner with product specialists on tailored solutions
• maintain Salesforce opportunity records and forecasts
• and execute account growth plans.
