Field Service Analyst I — Managed Services (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for workstation, hardware, peripheral, printing, connectivity, Microsoft 365, and other common technology issues
• troubleshoot issues requiring hands-on work
• assist with workstation installations, replacements, moves, and equipment setup
• document work, findings, communications, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• maintain ticket status and time records
• document client processes and recurring activities
• collaborate with service desk, systems administration, and client strategy resources
• escalate issues with clear technical details and report recurring problems or technical risks.
