Job overview

The Tree Climber – Tree Care role is an onsite, full-time position based in Sterling, VA. Compensation is competitive, up to $36.00 per hour based on experience, skill level, and responsibilities. SavATree provides tree, shrub, and lawn care services with a stated focus on preservation and care. Working on the General Tree Care Team, the climber helps maintain and preserve clients’ landscapes. The role uses climbing expertise and tree-care practices to prune and remove trees, perform related treatments, and deliver safe, high-quality service as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Climb and prune large shade trees and ornamental trees
• perform removals and cable bracing
• safely operate chainsaws, equipment, and aerial lifts
• work with the team to provide client service
• apply industry safety standards.
