• Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business priorities
• facilitate training for hourly and salaried employees
• develop competency-based and leadership training
• create presentations, guides, lesson plans, job aids, manuals, and digital content
• use learning management systems to assign, track, and report training
• coordinate calendars and participation
• monitor completion, effectiveness, and KPIs
• evaluate feedback and improve programs
• coordinate learning projects and maintain records.
