Manager, Client Engagement — Contract Furniture Sales

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, cold calls, and dealership programs
• analyze client needs and present furniture products and services
• prepare quotes with dealership personnel
• coordinate service contracts for complex services or projects
• provide credit-check information
• set up sales for efficient administration
• ensure accurate order specifications and sales documentation
• obtain signed orders, purchase orders, and deposits
• stay involved through implementation to resolve bottlenecks and scope changes
• respond to client inquiries and provide follow-up and status reports
• meet sales, margin, and new-business goals
• report forecasts and leads
• attend sales programs and training.
