What you'll do

• Review construction drawings, structural plans, specifications, and project documents
• perform material and quantity takeoffs
• estimate material, labor, fabrication, equipment, freight, and other costs
• solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
• identify scope requirements, exclusions, conflicts, and risks
• prepare bids and proposals
• coordinate with project stakeholders
• assist with change-order pricing and maintain estimating records.
