Project Architect

The Project Architect role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $105,000–$115,000 per year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. The architect leads project design execution, documentation, consultant coordination, and construction-phase services. By managing project production, design intent, regulatory compliance, and team coordination, the role helps deliver cohesive project work that meets client and project goals.

What you'll do

• Develop project deliverables and lead production and execution
• coordinate project workflow with the BIM manager, internal team, and consultants
• maintain design intent and project schedules
• manage code and regulatory compliance, entitlements, zoning, permits, and agency approvals
• coordinate drawings, specifications, building systems, interiors, and consultant work
• support budget and value-engineering discussions
• manage bid and negotiation issues and construction-phase services.
