What you'll do

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones
• train customers on phone features
• promote the service
• generate leads and referrals
• participate in assigned trade shows and corporate events
• complete service calls
• maintain customer records, reports, invoices, and feedback
• retrieve and clean former customers’ phones
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• travel less than 25%.
