What you'll do

• Assess training needs
• design eLearning courses, learning paths, videos, quizzes, and supporting materials
• deliver onboarding, webinars, one-on-one, and classroom training
• maintain learning resources and training records
• administer Cornerstone OnDemand
• evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• coordinate training logistics.
