Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and other supervisors to schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Dispatch mechanics and respond to road calls.
• Review work orders for accuracy and ensure production schedules are met.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to prioritize tasks.
• Supervise department employees and monitor productivity.
• Manage employee time and attendance.
• Train and direct staff on vehicle service and repair.
• Document disciplinary actions and commendations.
• Analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Track work orders in the Fleet Focus system.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage parts and supplies.
