Cleanroom Technician

The Cleanroom Technician role is onsite in Devens, MA; pay is $23.56 per hour for the second shift or $24.63 per hour for the third shift. The posting offers a choice of schedules: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM, or Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM; mandatory first-week orientation is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. The role supports production work in a cleanroom environment. The technician builds hose and tubing assemblies to work instructions and prints, then cleans and packages them. The role also prepares the cleanroom, operates equipment under SOPs, follows ISO and cGMP requirements, records inventory counts, and helps maintain product quality and a compliant work area.

What you'll do

• Build hose and tubing assemblies per work instructions and prints
• clean and package assemblies
• perform cleanroom preparation
• operate and maintain production equipment according to SOPs
• participate in continuous improvement
• comply with ISO and cGMP regulations
• identify process deviations and take immediate mitigating action
• maintain work-area cleanliness
• participate in inventory cycle counts and record results.
