What you'll do

• Review assigned files and determine appropriate action
• investigate claims and document coverage, liability, and damages
• process bodily injury and coverage claims
• coordinate with third parties, plaintiff counsel, and company leaders
• research case and statutory law
• notify reinsurers on qualifying claims
• prepare claim evaluations for settlement authority
• manage reasonable expense factors.
