Responsible for overall surviving sepsis program initiative and identifying areas for improvement in recognition, process of ‘Code Sepsis/ Sepsis Alert’ activation, compliance in completing the sepsis bundle and providing suggestion to improve outcomes. Help build a team of sepsis champions. Conduct daily Sepsis Rounds.
