What you'll do

• Assist with sales order entry, purchase order processing, and customer account updates
• maintain sales records, forecasts, and order tracking
• support accounts receivable tracking
• coordinate order status, shipments, and customer requests
• update SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM records
• prepare Excel reports and meeting materials
• review data and resolve routine discrepancies
• assist with shipping documentation, factory communications, customer meetings, and office administration.
