What you'll do

• Handle and store food according to facility procedures and food safety requirements
• assist with food preparation
• prepare diet trays according to resident diet cards
• verify trays
• load and deliver trays
• report meal refusals
• prepare and deliver snacks and supplements
• clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces
• maintain the dish machine
• report equipment problems, pests, and injuries
• assist with inspection preparation.
