What you'll do

• Assist with researching, casting, and scheduling guests
• maintain relationships and communicate with guests and their representatives
• coordinate travel and hospitality
• assist with guest releases and agreements
• process forms, database updates, purchase orders, invoices, vendor forms, and expense reports
• prepare briefs and proofread production documents
• provide administrative and production support.
