What you'll do

• Welcome and assist overnight guests
• complete end-of-day closing procedures, balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports
• verify guest folios, room charges, payments, and adjustments
• process check-ins and check-outs as needed
• monitor property activity and communicate with day-shift leadership and other departments
• handle calls, messages, and reservations
• support overnight safety and emergency protocols
• maintain the front desk and lobby.
