What you'll do

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with hospital objectives, policies, and unit standards
• perform nursing techniques for patient comfort and well-being
• participate in performance improvement
• prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations
• assist with planning, supervising, and instructing secretaries and Nursing Assistants
• make nursing decisions based on patient evaluations and modify care plans as needed
• respond to changes in patient condition
• may be needed to work beyond the regular tour of duty or in another patient care unit as assigned.

Why this role
