• oversee quality-control documentation, corrective actions, performance metrics, and supply inventory
• address employee relations issues with Human Resources
• maintain accurate records and laboratory information system entries
• ensure specimen viability and correct patient labeling
• develop protocols and SOPs
• lead pre-analytic improvement projects and change controls
• coordinate cross-functionally
• train employees
• and support software and automation solutions.
