Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The Kitchen Team Member role is onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL. The position supports the Chick-fil-A St. Lucie West FSU Kitchen Team in preparing food with speed, accuracy, and hospitality. The role contributes to the restaurant’s food quality and service by preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and completing assigned shift duties. The posting offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with daylight and evening shifts available.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• learn kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food preparation
• prepare catering and cold menu items
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
• operate equipment safely and report maintenance needs
• complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
• participate in training and skill development.
