What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and coaching through design and development phases
• coordinate technical scope, resource planning, risk mitigation and verification strategy
• lead analysis and troubleshooting using test data and hardware reviews
• integrate subsystem solutions with whole-engine and other subsystem teams
• prepare for design, customer, flight-clearance and safety reviews
• review engineering work and technical documentation
• present analysis and represent Rolls-Royce in technical customer discussions.
